Team Training Membership
The Team Training sessions membership will start as of February 1sst. My mission is to ensure that you not only get the results you want, but have an experience that is fun, enjoyable and stress free. Membership payments will be broken up into 4 week sessions and will require that you sign up for a training time.
The Benefits of our Membership
Optimal Group Size: Groups will be capped at 8 people. This ensure that you have plenty of space to workout and get the attention and correction you need.
Accountability: Because you have made the commitment for the session you will come. Coming to the gym once a month will not yield results and increase fitness. Having made the commitment to sign up, you will be motivated to come. Because it’s just too easy to not show up when you are having a funky day. (And most times, coming to the workout HELPS!!)
Easy Payments: Making one payment every four weeks will make things easy and convenient. No more guessing how many sessions are left you will know.
Goal Setting: With each session, you can focus on a specific goal. Instead of just ongoing session, each session will give you a specific timeline to achieve new successes.
More AA time between sessions: Instead of taking payments, I will have more time to spend with you all between sessions. It’s a joy to be your resource, not your cashier!

FAQ’s
What if I cannot make my scheduled training time? Twelve hour notice is necessary to change session times. Please call Amber in advance to come to a new workout time.
Can I change my membership level? Sure can. During the year, we have different activities going on. You may want to add a day or drop a day. Just let us know your plans when you sign up.
What if I have purchased previous sessions? We will take your current balance and transfer that to the membership of your choice.
What if I am gone a week of the session? Just let Amber know prior to the session and we will adjust the membership that month
Important Information
All sign up and payments are due in advance before the session start date. Dates will be indicated in the gym and on our website.
Sign up is on a first come first serve basis. Sign up opens on the third week of the previous session for the next session.
Drop-in workouts must call in advance to see if there is room.
Three people must be signed up for a workout time or the time slot will be cancelled.
Refunds will not be given.

Other Personal Training Options:
Initial Fitness Consultation: This includes a one hour session, with a certified personal trainer to go over your health history, your goals, previous exercise experience, and all the information needed to begin your life transformation.
COST: $25 per session
One-on-One Personal Training: This gives you the option to become comfortable with an exercise program before you join the Team Training Sessions, by having up to three one-on-one sessions.
COST: $90 per session
