Classes

    Andaré Fitness offers a wide range of innovative fitness classes for all ages and
    levels at convenient times. While working out alongside friends, you’ll be taught by
    top level instructors. Whether you choose Pilates, Boot Camp, Yoga, or any of
    our fitness classes, you will get results and have fun at the same time!

  • Kettlebell Circuit

    Kettlebell training is a sure-fire way to shrink your waist while you build upper
    body, explosive leg strength and flexibility. Combination kettlebell exercises
    give you an unbelievable muscular and cardio workout - and the body to show it.

  • Andaré Boot Camp

    Attention! This results-driven conditioning program utilizes the most progressive,
    innovative, and creative exercises giving you an intense, body-changing workout!
    Andaré Fitness provides you with the opportunity to take a Bootcamp that best suits
    your needs. Choices are: Early Bird Bootcamp, Women On Weights Bootcamp, Extreme
    Bootcamp as well as our Original Bootcamp.

  • Yoga & Meditation

    Improve your health and vitality with Yoga! Come and enjoy the benifits of
    Yoga such as stress reduction, improved posture, total mind and body relaxation
    which promotes restfull sleep and so much more.

    Thursday: 6:30 pm to 8 pm
    Sunday: 9 to 10:30 am

  • Yoga II

    This class was developed for those who have a good deal of experience with
    Yoga and are ready to take their practice to the next level. More advanced
    postures and sequences as well as new variations on popular poses will make
    this class fun and challenging. This is a one hour class and is available for
    sign-up only.

    Sunday: 11:00 am to noon

  • Pilates

    Get long, get strong, get lean! Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy
    of motion while creating an evenly conditioned body.

    Monday: 6:30 pm

  • Fitness Funk

    At Andaré Fitness we think you should be dancing, so we are now offering a
    Fitness Funk class. This interesting form of exercise is a great way to strengthen
    your heart and lungs. It enhances your blood circulation, lowers cholesterol levels
    and also it relieves stress. So, enjoy the experience of performing this wonderful
    workout while having a fun and funky experience.

  • NIA

    NIA is a cardiovascular fitness fusion conditioning program with non repetitive
    jumping or impact. Fusing the best of martial arts, dance arts and conditioning
    arts NIA delivers somatic body learning and expressive whole body conditioning,
    while emphasizing joy and pleasure.

    Wednesday: 9 am
    Friday: 9 am

ART - Active Release Therapy

    Active Release Therapy (ART) is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/
    movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow
    are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.

    Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements which are unique to ART. The provider identifies and corrects the specific problems that are affecting each individual patient.
